Responsible management

Been 3 years. No rent increase. Minor maintenance can be slow, but any major problems quickly resolved. Ex: Water heater leaking, noticed at approx 11 pm Friday night. I turned off the water when I noticed the problem. Maintenace responded within half hour. After confirming bad water heater, he asked would it be ok if replacement was in the morning, not immediately. It was replaced by noon Sat. Company was there within tthe hour to start cleanup. Dehumifiers, fans. While no vacuuming does done, it was dry within 48hrs. Office personell friendly, respectful. Hours open are as stated. Lights in breezeway went out, Fixed by end of following day. Not lived in apt. since 1977. Satisfiedall around.

nice place

since moving here in 2018 i've enjoyed a peaceful existance. Staff has undergone a high turnover rate however.
