Failure to produce information or documentation requested by the leasing team will result in a canceled application. Approved Applicants can hold the home for up to 14 days from the day they applied with a hold fee equal to half of one month’s rent. Please apply only if you can take possession of the home within this time frame. The quoted security deposit reflects the base rent amount. Security deposit subject to change based on application screening results.
