General Housekeeping/maintenance review.

Have written reviews before but never touched on the housekeeping aspect. The garage esp. has been noticeable to us...even thru the winter the garage floor has been free from debris and dust/dirt for many months now. The hallway carpets never are lacking in weekly care and seasonal carpet cleaning...floors in the hallways are kept well. The general grounds look well groomed and w/o trash. The whole place is well managed ...and presents well. When the cosmetic painting is finished I would give KL a full 5 star rating. This kind of painting is an ongoing issue as big items are continually delivered down the hallways. The maintenance department (which is fantastic) keeps up on this piece. Our general manager sets a high mark. We are pleased.

Prompt response

I appreciate the quick response of the maintenance team. If something can be fixed it is done right away. If something needs to be ordered that is done promptly too, then fixed immeadiately when the part arrives. I am always pleased with the response of the the maintenance team.

Staff and maintenance work together to coordinate service well. Maintenance men are knowledgeable, gifted craftsmen, courteous responding in a timely fashion...always willing to do whatever needs to be done. We are so pleased being taken care of so well.
