This apartment has been nothing but short of amazing, the maintenance staff has been very quick to respond to any issues I had. I am very pleased to say this apartment complex is an A in my book. Thank you to all of the staff including the Property Manager.

Natural
I have no issue. Its a comfortable safe living space. Noise is noise which is something you have to get use to. There are car break ins every now and then but other than that it’s great.
Perfect for later college students and young graduates
I have lived in Boulder Springs for 2 years and have had a great experience with this being my first apartment to live in while going to Mizzou. The management team was always responsive and the property maintenance crews were always there when I needed them.
Great Neighbors
My husband and I moved in about 2 years ago and love it here. Our neighbors are great and happy to have some new friends! We will be staying for many years to come!!
Amazing views
The property is so beautiful to walk around and so well take care of. Our dogs love walking around in all of the green space and there is even pet stations located around the property too. The staff takes great care in making sure there is no overgrown trees, short grass, and the parking lot clean from trash. We are very happy to call Boulder Springs home!
