Wonderful in all

Ashley, the Manager is wonderful, maintenance staff is great. I love the location of complex, and having apartment balcony looking out onto beautiful scenery. Glad I chose The Avalon

It is an ok place to live.

I have lived here for about three months. No walk through when I got here. There have been issues that haven't been fixed, strong sewer gas smells that come and go frequently and drain back flow. Laundry room has a strong odor as well. The washers have smelt moldy. Otherwise the location is good. Little noise. Pool is nice. Lots of parking, which is free.
