Good Quality

I have lived here for a month and I highly recommend this place due to the amenities. The gym and built in washer and dryer are great. The parking is accessible and the people were all nice when I was moving in.

Customer Service Issues

Do not expect to rent here and be treated like a valuable tenant after your lease is signed! The office staff is combative and argumentative. Zero accountability is taken for issues on the property, ex: broken stairs being left for months in the walkways, outside vendors not cleaning up after themselves, carport roofs being cleaned off and all of the debris and garbage left in the grass. Requests for follow-ups via phone and email are not completed. Phone system puts you in a continuous loop without an actual personal interaction. The grounds of the property are in shambles from siding falling off the buildings, to windows leaking, to the irrigation system seeping and saturating the ground causing standing, stagnant water to draw mosquitos.

There has been a Black Toyota PARKED in my carport for weeks and NOTHING has been done to remove it, I HAVE SUBMITTED SEVERAL EMAILS TO THE OFFICE BUT TO NO AVAIL. I BELIEVE YOU SHOULD PAY ME FOR EACH DAY THAT I DO NOT ACCESS TO MY ASSIGNED CARPORT. CAN I GET OUT OF MY CONTRACT DUE TO THIS INACTION?
