Great place to live
I have lived here for 7 years and love it. The price is very reasonable and I love that we can use the apartment complex pool as an amenity. Maintenance staff is very friendly and helpful.
My first apartment
This is my first apartment and I feel that I got lucky. The location is good, price is fair. It's a nice little apartment! Maintenance takes care of the unit fairly well, only downside is the sense of urgency. I've had 1 worker that has no sense of urgency. Mark however, is an absolutely amazing guy. My pipes froze right before Christmas and when I called it in he came right over and spent an entire day fixing the issue. All in all a very solid first apartment

Very reasonable price and great location. Very quite a great place to start a family. It’s probably one of the cheapest prices to stay in blue springs . Staff is great too
