Improvement suggestions and praise.

Could use some modern HVAC equipment that is energy efficient. Railings where buildings have steep walkways like the back of 1037 Baronet Dr. Would help with people that have disabilities or cardiac conditions and big help in winter when slippery for everyone. As far a appearance the parking areas need to by refinished, not just in front of the rental office. The common area updates in the quad buildings are great. I might suggest a common area temperature activated exhaust fan to deal with the summer heat. The office staff and maintenance staff are excellent. Always willing to go above and beyond in helping residents. They should be commended.

Maintenance is usually pretty quick when I submit a request, the staff is friendly, but the rent is a bit high for what we get as in apartment wise, no washer or dryer, or connections, but each building has one washer/dryer in basement. I wish there was a change machine in the basements to make it more convenient.
