Pets - Max 2 allowed
  • Comments: There is a non-refundable pet fee of $200 and a refundable deposit of $200 for 1 pet or $250 non-refundable fee and $250 refundable deposit for 2 pets at move in. The additional monthly fee for 1 pet is $35 and $50 for 2 pets.
  • Restrictions: Pets may be dogs or cats but cannot be more than a total weight of 100 pounds. We do not accept Pit Bull, German Shepard, Rottweiler, Wolf Dog/Hybrid, Doberman, Chow, Akita, Staffordshire Terriers, Mastiffs, or any mix of these breeds. Property staff reserve the exclusive right to make final determination as to dog breed.

Used to be better

There's been a lot of changes in staff management. There is lots of turnaround in apartments while a fairly consistent group of renters here a long time. The longer timers are not appreciated. It seems the management staff wants renters not to stay long so they can cheaply and quickly revamp the apartments and raise the rent overall. It used to be better.

A lot of neighbor noise

Maintenance sometimes leaves apartment smelling like smoke but they are really nice! And the staff is always helpful and nice. But there is sometimes a lot of neighbor noise.

nice location

The location is centrally located in south county. Close to grocery, post office, restaurants. South County Mall is a short 10 minute drive away. We rarely have a maintenance issue, but once reported it is resolved quickly. The pet rent and deposits are pricey.
