I feel very safe and comfortable here in my apartment and building. I lived here for 5 years and I really enjoy Sandy and Bob. They are very helpful.

MY PERSONAL OPINION

All is well with me mainly because of the location, but your concern and timely response to your tenants for maintenance & repair service needs work !!! I truly "DO NOT" like being made to pay extra fees to pay my rent, I find this total unfair...(3.95 to pay from my debit card or 5.00 to pay with a check),..........REALLY ??? Tenant for nearly 5 years between 120 Thompson building and at the 1530 Bellows street building....West Saint Paul, MN. 55118
