Portal is very confusing. Didn't get email for resigning of lease. Had to pay extra $300 for September rent due to portal not working.

Never received notice of needing to sign new lease. Got charged $300 for September because I couldn't get into portal and no one would answer phone or email.

Management very uncaring about their tennants promises made,

I have lived here for 35 years and cannot express the sadness I feel living here niw, zusedvto be longevity of tennants meant something but not under this management. It doesn't even look like the same building, No curb appeal??
