the location is great. There are problems need to be addressed we do not get hot water every and the laundry room is so bad it stinks all of the time. trash all over...

Shady property management

Do not rent here or anywhere with Halverson and Blaiser group. They have been and are involved in multiple lawsuits ( https://kstp.com/kstp-news/top-news/lowry-apartments-tenants-get-days-notice-to-vacate-temporary-housing-as-landlord-terminates-tenancy/ ) , they never keep up there end of the lease but the rent keeps going up.
