Renter

Prices keep going up and amentaties stay the same. No cameras so when something happens who knows what really happened. You can hear what you down and upstairs neighbors are doing. And when you wash/dry here, you have to dry your stuff minimum of 2 times for them it to be actually dry.

They’re OK

Neighbors are super nice, occasionally noisy but that’s apartment living. Parking is alright, not too many complaints, but if you are looking to get a garage there is a waitlist. The apartments are decent size, but going in to my 3rd year here and so far haven’t been offered anything other than a 12 month lease- if the rent goes up again, definitely not worth it. With only one washer and dryer on each floor and they dryers not working properly so you have to dry it twice at 2$ each time, is annoying. It does have a lot of space for storage which is nice, but bathrooms could use updating and balconies need work. Overall, they are decent, but they are really not worth paying over 1000$ in rent with the lack of amenities and just in general out of date apartments.

Could be better

When it comes maintenance taking care of the building, lots of room for improvement. Two great examples, the balcony's need work and the screens in the windows need to be replaced. Also poor job of painting the walls. The value of the apartment isn't worth the rent.
