Balcony

Balcony with holes. You can't see and chill in your own balcony because your upstairs neighbor might decide to sweep and the trash will fall right on you

4 stars for maintenance and noise

Noise: Not much can be done about the highway noise except better insulated windows. Maintenance:The electricity to the outlet on my deck went out when the residing was done. I went all summer last year with no electricity. I've been told that the gutter replacement guys will repair the outlet. I otherwise love the apartment and building.

Windows need replacement. No one washes the outside windows ever and screens are too deteriorated to take off to wash the windows on our own.

Great place to live, very receptive staff

We have been living at Crosby Pointe for the past 2+ years and love the little community here. Greg & Richard know everyone by name, are kind, and very receptive when there are maintenance needs. I'm glad we decided on Crosby Pointe because the customer service we receive is top notch.
