great place to live
I've lived here for 4 years and it is a wonderful place to live. The manager, Rose, is great.
Great place- some things need to change
Great, clean place to live. Toward end of our lease, we noticed the smell of cigarette smoke coming through the windows at night which meant there was smoking happening on property. I realize you cannot control everybody but having vehicles parked outside smoking weed right at entrance of property and having elevators/ halls smelling like it CONSTANTLY will not be missed. The “greetings! How about a contact high” was not my favorite.
Overall I’ve been happy here
I’ve lived at Cornerstone Village for a total of almost 5 years and most of the time, my experience has been that management goes above, and beyond, to really accommodate my family’s needs in the office. Sometimes maintenance gets a little tricky being an outside company but with covid and the rest of the stuff going on, I realize that our office sometimes has little control over who shows up that day or not for things like that. Noise can sometimes be kind of an issue but overall it’s very quiet and we love the well kept property. Tracy and Rose are so good with my kids and always solutions based if there’s something that needs to be done. They think outside the box which is what I’ve loved about them, always.
Hidden Gem
Been here at CSV2 since the summer of 2020 and couldn't be happier. I love where I live and who I live with. The staff is expeditiously helpful, and the tenants are very welcoming and kind and polite to others. You won't have anything worry about living here and if you have a problem it will be fixed promptly. The heated garage unit is a huge plus and very convenient during the cold months. I toured many other apartments before moving to Corner Stone Village 2 and couldn't be happier with my decision.
