I have been living here for about 4 years. The maintenance people and office people are very helpful and kind. The only downside is that there is carpet, no central air conditioning and the hallways in the building tend to smell like urine. I wish they had a specific place for dogs to do their business because it is hard to enjoy the grass knowing there is dog pee everywhere. Also, one of the side entrances always smells of urine and all the grass is dead because some of the owners don't actually want to take their dogs out. It is disgusting. The rent is high, but I don't want to move my stuff again. The company should lower the price for what the unit looks like, but the workers aren't to be blamed for that. The apartment staff usually responds right away and try to fix the issues. I blame the corporation for most of the problems.
