Review Of Equinox

Improvement to the grounds has been great. There is still some opportunity to improve the playground, if a slide or jungle gym could be added this would be a great addition and attract more families. Over my time here the level of tenets have improved, there are still quite a few that do not pick up their garbage or animal waste, this continues to be an issue. Also the hallways, it would be nice if these were updated a bit more, the carpet is stained and not attractive for having guests. The rear door at 2520 continues to be an issue, a more permanent fix is needed, the building is not secure at this point and is a concern for me and my son. The heating system in the building needs to be gone through, I have not had a year where no leak has occurred. I would rather be inconvenienced once during the summer, if means that I can have peace of mind during the winter that no leaks will occur.

Mix feelings

The apartment itself is very nice and you have small gym with indoor and outdoor swimming pool which it nice. Problem is the neighbours they dont work or something they make noise all night sometimes when barley get rest when i have to get up at 5am the staff are helpful though

A Nice Complex, Needs some maintaining

It's a Nice complex with good maintenance response time, However Parking is difficult and usually end up parking on the street. Unfortunately other tenants seem to smoke indoors making the rest of the complex smell like cigarettes heavily. The amenities are nice and the area is okay. Some Tentants tend to work on their cars from 10pm- 12am in the parking lot which Is disruptive and noisy. All around a nice place Though, Just wish other occupants would minimize the Shouting/Working on cars with electric tools and engine reving after 10pm-11pm.
