Overview

Renaissance Box offers efficiency, one-, and two-bedroom apartment homes in a historic renovation. Loft-style apartments boast floor-to-ceiling windows, stunning views and stunning original features. These affordable apartment homes are for individuals earning low to moderate incomes. Income restrictions apply.

A home with history
The Renaissance Box was first built in 1914 to be the O'Donnell Shoe Factory, when St. Paul was a national leader in shoe manufacturing. It's one of the few industrial buildings from early St. Paul that has not been demolished, and today has historical elements, such as the original columns, still intact.
