  Heat is included in the rent. Residents are responsible for water, sewer, refuse, electricity and optional internet or cable tv. Renter's Insurance is required to for each resident. For every month no Renter's Insurance is supplied or maintained, a $12.00 fee will be charged.
Management charges a $125, non-refundable, administrative fee that is related to our internal and administrative costs for the establishment of a resident file, and preparation of initial lease paperwork and related addendums.

Close to HWY10

I enjoyed some things about it. I wish there were an elevator to help for moving things (top floor), wider doorways for furniture to get in the unit, and cleaner common areas / hallways. Guest parking is pretty far from 1100 building. Could use new carpet and paint in common areas also. Pretty decent deal for sq ft in the unit and the unit itself was nicer and more updated. Nice bit window. I think they are updating the laundry rooms/ machines now which would be nice also.

The paint washes off when I wash off my cabinets. My dishwasher is very hard to close so is the balcony door. Ceiling fans are super wobbly. My freezer has no shelf/rack and My fridge leaks inside
