Our largest one-bedroom apartment is the 1,052-square-foot Noric, while the widest two-bedroom one is Canterbury, which sits at 1,345 square feet of space and comes with a den.
As for our three-bedroom floor plans, Westwind and Nordland both encompass up to 1,358 square feet of space.

Feels like Home

In thew past few months that I have lived here, it feels more and more like a home each day. The apartments themselves are cute and unique. I loved the colors when we first moved in. The community spaces and resident gathering opportunities are fun and much appreciated! Its been amazing living here so far and we will be sticking around for quite some time to come.

Simple

I love living here because everything is so simple. Groceries, gas, alcohol, coffee, everything is within walking distance. Its quiet. Not a lot of amenities that attract loud kids. Just. Simple living.

I Love it Here

I have lived in the Sixton Apartments for a little over a month now and I feel so very fortunate to be a resident of this community. From the people that live within the building to the amenities and conviences, there is something to like and enjoy about every corner of this property. As well, you couldn't find better staff within a building. The Office Personnel alongside Maintenance and Caretakers, everyone always welcomes you with a smile and Hello.

We are a pet friendly community! Each apartment is allowed up to 2 pets, with a one-time fee of $300 and a $200 refundable deposit. Monthly Pet rent is $25 for cats and $50 for dogs.
