Clean, pretty, quiet.

The place isn't cheaply put together, there is a lot of places in the St. Cloud and surrounding that are very cheaply remodeled or poorly taken care of and The Ponds is definitely not that way. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood, couldn't ask for a better place to relax at. There is only 1 thing I wish. And that is that they would include a billiards table. Everything else is wonderful.

Rental manager is not responsive

Sharma never follows through with anything. Our apartment was left open for nearly a week while we were on vacation and the apartment was inspected.

Decently good

Living here is alright. We were on vacation while the city inspected our units. We came home to find out the maintenance man left our front door open after the inspection was completed, so our door was cracked open with the light on for approximately 3 or 4 days while we were gone. Luckily nothing was stolen and maintenance did change our lock… office staff lack follow through. We do love the location and it’s generally pretty quiet. Gym has good features. It would be nice if we could have 2 parking spots in the garage instead of one. It is a little expensive to live here given you pay for all the utilities separately, however it’s cheaper than a lot of places given the location. Overall I would say living here is “decently good.”

Love the Ponds

We have been at the Ponds for almost 4 years and love it. It works perfect for us. It is a nice, quiet building, which we wanted, and we love our apartment.
