The rocks need to go. Even plain dirt would be better.

About 2 years. It's almost impossible to get someone to answer the phone when I need something. When I do get to talk with someone, they are always nice. The apartment itself is very nice. Some of the people that live here- or maybe their guests- leave garbage in the parking lot when the dumpster is in plain sight. I have met several of the residents and the are really nice.

Good enough for me and my son I like the location and I'm hopefully my son get to go to school out there instead of going to school in North Minneapolis or anywhere in Minneapolis I appreciate the patience

Good location, bad upkeep

One of the washing machines/dryers are always broken. For a year at a time, then the other one breaks. Can't do more than 1 load of laundry at a time on my floor, and it's so expensive. 1.75 per machine and I can't tell you how many times the broken machines have eaten my quarters.
