While the unit had issues Matik was willing to listen to my concerns regardless of the maintenance companies short comings in regards to snow removal and upkeep.

Staff is always friendly and efficient. I broke my back in 12/2022 and was going find a handicap apartment to move to. I really did not want to move; however, another apartment open that was handicap and the staff at the Rochester office in MN was very helpful getting me switch into the other apartment. This is my 2nd time renting in my current building, I have had no problems with the place except for 1 year with snow removal not getting removed. I paid my grandson a few times to shovel me out. When I voiced my concerns, management advise that they contract out to someone and thought it was been done. After my call there was no future issues. for the rest of the year.
