Lovely building
I have lived here since the day Grainwood opened, July 7, 2017. The building is well maintained, the office staff and maintenance man are top notch. When you need work done, they usually respond within 24 hours, unless its a emergency.
OK living
Was nice when I moved in 2017. There is no maintenance. Staff has changed many times not knowing to.much. Friendliness has gone. Nothing to do unless we provide it. Games and sometimes food were provided by the staff. Most important raising the rent ungodly. Affordable = not
Good value
For the most part we enjoy living. The apartment is a good value for the money. There has been a lot of staff turn over. The cleanliness is poor. I have lived here many years the staff has promised to wash the windows and clean the hallway carpets. I still appreciate my apartment. Thanks
could do better
I have lived here since Grainwood opened back July 2017. The first 4 years were wonderful. The staff in the office for the last 5 months has changed dramatically. The current staff does not answer the phone or return phone calls or reply to emails. The office hours are supposed to be Monday thru Friday 9 to 5. However, there are several days a week no one comes in until well after 9:30 then go to their offices, shut the doors and lock them and pull the drapes so we can't see they are here. They are very rude and laugh at our faces when we present an issue to them. They should be very professional when talking to us their customers.
