OK Place to live

I have lived here 3 years. I moved here because of the low cost of rent. If you are OK with paying your rent online this is a good placed to live. Maintenance requests are online also.

Inconsistent/Lack of Follow Through

I recently moved into Kings Manor Apartments 8/16/2021 and I must say when you walk up to the property on the outside it looks clean and well kept up. Until you walk into the building(Looks can be deceiving). The inside of the building has a bunch of different smells that you can not penpoint what exactly that it is/where it is coming from. The carpet is beyond six years old and needs to be replaced. So far what I've experienced in my 1st week here is maintenance does not follow up or follow through with completing repairs in the unit. My unit was presented to me very nicely and I thank God and Jesus Christ for that, however their a few things that need to fixed that was not unit ready when I signed the lease and since being inside the unit the list is adding up. I understand its the middle of a pandemic and a lot of people are choosing not to work so it cause shortages however Kings Manor at least my unit is very very nice and the staff are genuinely nice However, I will withhold rent if things in my unit don't get fixed within a timely manner especially when I'm paying $1,100.00 in rent.
