Maintenance here is wonderful

Randy is amazing. He adds a lot of value to this place with his friendly attitude and willingness to help, plus he gets things done really quickly.

Randy is amazing! I caught him in the laundry room and asked a question, more for his opinion, and he came up to my apartment, looked at my issue, told me he would fix it and then took my trash down to the garbage for me!!! He is the reason I signed my lease because he was so friendly when I met him at my initial inquiry to this apartment. He’s a a great guy and a goes above and beyond what is required of him simply because he cares!
