living at the cliffs

I love the cliffs--spacious rooms with fireplaces and wet bar ...top floor lovely volume ceiling--guest room well planned out and separated from master suite. Closet space generous.... can't beat the location--get most anywhere in the twin cities in 20-30 min or less, not to mention the proximity of stores, shops and services --excellent Surrounding landscape at Cliffs is pretty in winter a nd summer-- Given all of this, I am sorry to say , maintenance is responsive, but the workmanship for those areas that are visual are subpar...doors may be replaced, but never fitted properly just hang there loosely, any fixture replacements are not finished with quality workmanship. e.g tile or flooring or caulking etc....just kind of sloppy work. Sad because the apartments --tho, not new, are really lovely space. And on the plus side maintenance staff is polite and tries to be helpful... So I recommend this complex, but always with that reservation

Awesome Experience to Live

Awesome Experience to Live. One of the best apartments I have lived in US. My only biggest concern is about the rent.. It is way too much for a 2 bed room that i have been paying. I never expected the rents would be this high for such a cold place. Kind of Shocking.

Nice, but could be better

Love the area, staff are very nice and helpful, grounds kept good. I have lived here since 2017 and have enjoyed it, the only thing I would change is that the apartments need updating. The apartments are a nice size, but you can tell they are old. I wouldn't mind living here longer if they were updated.
