Beautiful property and location

Beautiful location, great access to shopping and restaurants within the skyway. Maintenance and office staff is always busy, but friendly, respectful and addresses items in a timely fashion.

Downtown location

As a new resident, it’s is an interesting downtown living experience. The windows do not block out the street noise. Parking is contracted. So, shop around. Maintenance is slow but methodical.

I have lived here a year. Management team has changed over. Good location. Windows are thin. Customer service has improvement opportunities. It has not been the best experience.
