Good Experience

Ive lived here for a year, and ive had no issues with getting ahold of staff or maintenance. They have also been very friendly. Good location and lots of people with dogs.

Its decent dont hate it dont love it

I think you get what you pay for I don’t hate it and I don’t love it. The staff is really flexible and late on rent. Sometimes amenities aren’t always there. Cleanliness isn’t always there, but it smells good sometimes.

1st floor

Initially getting a tour, Flux looked like the place to live. Has a pool & hot tub as well as a gym, sauna and underground parking. Shortly after moving, was told the hot tub has been under matinence prior to moving in. Sauna stopped working after the 1st month of living here. Everyone who uses the gym doesn't respect the sign & throw weights. Very noise & you can feel the vibration. Packages being stolen or taken out of the lobby by people walking down the street or stealing them from the package room. Various tenants don't pick up pet waste, leaving it everywhere Facility matinence is at the bottom of the list. From numerous garage issues (door was just replaced a few weeks ago & is broken the same way again) Underground parking is over priced, especially with the numerous garage issues. Homeless people sleep in the lobby, staircases or hallways Doors that require key access can just be pulled open Security isn't very attentive Staff is dismissive
