Located between two parks, lakes, and baseball diamonds - there are so many outdoor recreational opportunities! You can grab a bite to eat at Porterhouse or Donut Hut. You can travel Highways 35E, 694, and 36, or take the Metro Transit bus anywhere you need to go. Nothing is far from your door when you live at Montreal Courts Community!
We are pet friendly.  A maximum of 2 pets are allowed per apartment in our pet friendly buildings. Cats Allowed - One-Time Fee $250.00 each - Monthly Pet Rent $25.00 each Dogs Allowed - Allowed in one apartment building and in our townhomes. One-Time Fee $250.00 each - Monthly Pet Rent $25.00 each Prior written authorization from GOLDMARK is required prior to bringing your pet to the select pet friendly properties. Additional documentation is required including proof of being spayed/neutered and up to date distemper and rabies inoculations.  No other pets are allowed at our property. This restricted list includes, but is not limited to ferrets, mice, rabbits, hamsters, snakes, reptiles, or other exotic animals.  Some of these policies may not apply if a reasonable accommodation is granted for an assistance animal.

Protect Your Car

Car got jacked up in parking lot with no cameras. Catalytic converter stolen. Very expensive.

The staff could improve a lot, cleaning of common areas and hallways could be much better and more frequent. They could improve on their communication as well.

This is an excellent place to live! It is near a beautiful park with many walking trails, and there is a nearby lake as well.
