Pet Limit 2 allowed. We have cat and dog friendly options available at the Deer Park Apartment Community. Prior written authorization from Goldmark is required prior to bringing your pet to the property. Additional documentation is required including proof of being spayed/neutered and up to date distemper and rabies inoculations. (Pet friendly options may vary by building. Call for details.). Select Buildings Only. Breed Restrictions. We are cat friendly.  Only select buildings allow dogs.  A maximum of 2 pets are allowed per apartment at those properties. Cats Allowed - One-Time Fee $250 each - Monthly Pet Rent $25 each Dogs Allowed - Select Buildings One-Time Fee $250 each - Monthly Pet Rent $25 each Prior written authorization from GOLDMARK is required prior to bringing your pet to the select pet friendly properties. This restricted list includes, but is not limited to ferrets, mice, rabbits, hamsters, snakes, reptiles, or other exotic animals.  Some of these policies may not apply if a reasonable accommodation is granted for an assistance animal.
