I have had no issues during the whole past year of living at Country CLub Manor that were not resolved in a week or less. The manager responds promptly to any concerns, the price is reasonable for the accommodations and the grounds are well maintained and the neighbors they allow to live here also are agreeable.

Disappointed. Single person with a decent job. Rent is too high for what these apartments are. Second floor of my building smells like weed a lot of the time. Can’t wait to leave.

Country Club Manor is located at 765 School Road NW Hutchinson, MN. Country Club Manor offers 1 to 2 bedroom apartments ranging in size from 620 to 1020 sq.ft. Amenities include Air Conditioner, BBQ/Picnic Area, Bike Racks, Cable Ready, Carpeting and more. This rental community is pet friendly, welcoming cats. Ā  Utilities included in the rent are Heat, Water, Sewer, and Refuse. Residents areĀ responsible for payment of electricity and optional internet or cable tv. Renter's Insurance is required for each resident. For every monthĀ no Renter's Insurance is supplied or maintained, a $12.00 fee will be charged. Management charges a $125, non-refundable, administrative fee that is related to our internal and administrative costs for the establishment of a resident file, and preparation of initial lease paperwork and related addendums. This administrative fee must be paid, in addition to the payment of first monthsā€™ rent, any pro-rated rent, or any deposit that might be required on the day of move-in
