LOVE IT, except the REAL PAIN in the ### water & sewer deal

LOVE my apartment, the building, and the "operating" individuals ! been here about 4 years and ALL has been WONDERFUL, UNTIL the "FIASCO" of the water & sewer situation ! Mine has been and STILL is screwed up from the beginning and has me VERY DISAPPOINTED that this hasn't been resolved !

i love the location on where it is at. Downtown Hopkins is one of the best places i have ever lived. I have lived here about a year now. I work as a part-time firefighter and i am very happy that i can call this place home! i cant wait to renew my lease with them! :)
