Abysmal Maintenance and Accountability

I have lived at the Lorient for almost three years and you would expect a minimal level of maintenance and service for an apartment that costs over $4500 a month. However, they seem to see maintenance as something that is the tenant's responsibility. I have had internet outages that go unaddressed for 12+ hours and they have no response other than to shrug. When I first moved in, it took four MONTHS to get my cooktop working and again nothing but shrugs. They literally will close maintenance requests without checking to make sure the problem is solved. For a little more you can live at Nolan Mains and my friends there tell me the building maintenance is what should be expected at these rent rates.
