Love this community.

Love this community. They have been nothing short of excellent in the year and half since I have lived here. The building is kept clean. They continue to provide updates to the building to make sure it stays in prestige shape. The staff is extremely responsive to emails and making sure you have what is needed (packages, deliveries). The staff go above and beyond and we thank you for your commitment to the Patrons who live here! Highly recommend for your living needs in Edina and surrounding area

Love this community.

You will be impressed!

My experience living at One Southdale Place was wonderful. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The apartments are contemporary and beautiful. Maintenance requests are done quickly. As a single woman I felt very safe living there. And the location in unbeatable! Check them out. You will be impressed!

Helpful staff, 24-hour concierge service and nice amenities. We especially enjoy the roof-top deck, complimentary fitness classes and beautiful back yard area. Great location, too!

One Southdale

First time renter at 73 years old. Excellent building and staff from all angles. No disappointments here!!!!! Walk across parking lot to ever expanding Southdale. 5+ stars here

One Southdale Place

I just signed my lease for my 4th year here at OSP. I fell in love with this place the very first day I took a tour. The lobby was not even finished. And three full years later, I am still in love with OSP. I chose a 1st Floor unit because of the patio. Great place to relax and read a book. There have been little maintenance problems because the building is rather new. But, if something does need repair, the matter is taken care of promptly. There are not enough words to describe the staff here. Everyday, they are working to make our lives comfortable. They are always attentive to our needs. And their smiles cheer you up, even if your day has not gone as well as you had planned it. The area, too, is outstanding. Almost everything one could possibly need is within walking distance. That was another reason I fell for One Southdale Place. I admit to only this one negative thing. When you walk into See’s Candy at Southdale and they greet you by name, you are eating too much candy! But, that’s not the fault of OSP. I have to take the blame for that.

Great location, great apartments and great service! The staff at One Southdale Place goes out of their way to make living at One Southdale Place a wonderful place to live. Property & Staff Review

Hello OneSouthdale Team, We have been residents since the 1st of June 2016. Since moving into the building, the Stewart Co. staff has been amazing and the building is impeccable. The property is managed more like a high-end resort, and the staff service and “can-do” attitudes, truly exemplify a 5 Star hotel! Love OSP !

I have lived at One Southdale Place since January 2015 and couldn’t be happier. All members of their staff, from maintenance to concierge to leasing agents and management have been very kind and friendly . I was impressed from the start as their leasing agents took the time to understand my needs and wants versus trying to simply fill an open apartment. OSP offers a ton of fantastic amenities: 24 hour gym, dry cleaning service and heated underground parking to name a few. They thought of everything ! Even shopping carts to haul in groceries and an area to wash and vacuum your car at no cost ! My two kids (12 & 8) love the pool in the Summer and I enjoy having friends over to grill out and then having a drink on the roof deck that offers a great view of downtown Minneapolis. A quick jaunt to Cub Foods, Caribou Coffee, Great Clips and several restaurants at Southdale Mall. It’s worth checking out !

Recent College Grad Living the Dream!

Being a fresh college graduate comes with several responsibilities--but I eliminated the stress of "the living situation" by becoming a resident of One Southdale. I work downtown Minneapolis, and One Southdale's location makes it easy to get to work, get home and move on quickly with my evening. The ease of parking and state of the art gym also takes weight off my shoulders as well, literally :) The staff is awesome and their speed to adapt to questions, comments or concerns is definitely note-worthy. I noticed this right away, and it really appealed to me coming from a college house. My only "concern" per say is that I am one of the youngest people I have seen in the building. It is a combination of older, retired people and families with young children. In other words, if you are looking for a "a fun college party environment"--this is not the place for you. Regardless, whenever I have my family, friends or guests to my apartment, they acknowledge how nice it is, how beautiful the building is and most importantly, how homey they feel when they are visiting.

I wholeheartedly encourage you to check out One Southdale Place.

I feel lucky and grateful to have found my home at One Southdale Place. I moved into my apartment in September and couldn't be more delighted. The apartment has higher quality finishes, appliances, etc., than typical apartments in town, which is great (I love having a subway-tiled shower instead of one of those fiberglass surrounds!)...but the unexpected true benefit of living here is its staff. One Southdale Place is staffed by an on-site property manager, maintenance team and 24-hour concierge staff who have a common focus on providing a great experience for residents. When I'm out of town, they bring my dry cleaning and packages up to my apartment for me...if I have a maintenance related issue (a rarity in this beautiful new building), I can find someone to address it immediately...and if I'm just having a rough day, the concierge team offers a friendly welcome and a smile. If you're looking for a great new apartment, I wholeheartedly encourage you to check out One Southdale Place.

Empty-Nesters and Relocated

We are empty-nesters and relocated to One Southdale Place early 2015. I was initially concerned about the size of our space being less than 1000 ft.² after leaving our 3000 square-foot home, however with the wonderful layout and floor-to-ceiling windows it feels much larger. There are plenty of cabinets and closets spaces. I am so happy that our traditional furniture fit so nicely into the space. I initially thought we would need to buy more contemporary furniture but didn’t need to replace any of our former items. The people are so friendly the security is excellent the complementary yoga classes are fun and the community areas including the gym are beautiful. The maintenance staff is attentive and respectful. Looking forward to spring so we can use the grills and summer so we can enjoy the pool and the rooftop deck.

One Of A Kind

One Southdale is One of a kind. Classy, comfortable, close to everything, caring and very kind concierge staff, most importantly this is truly a home you like coming home to and having others visit. Great choice for any age to call home.
