El conjunto de apartamento es muy bonito, las instalaciones y el personal adminsitrativo es atento, lo que realmente pone una mala marca a todo es la cuktura de las perosnas al dejar basura en el paruqedaro botada en cualquier lado, el olor a marihuna en el parquedaro sotado 2 y en los pasillos del 4 piso algunas veces los asesnsores huelen tambien, he encontrado popo de perro en el pasillo y pues esto es lolesto pero son cosas en realidad de la gente no culpa de la admon.

Review

The experience is good. The cleaniness in the hallways are not good. Tenants leave trash everywhere. The safety is compromised when doors are propped open. Many people use the garage sharing remotes or tailgate.

Great Location, Great Amenities, Great Staff

Cascade served as our home during the summer of the 2020 Pandemic. We had checked out other apartments before moving there, but there was something more intrinsically reassuring when we checked out Cascade. Between the great staff in the leasing office, to the highly responsive maintenance crew and the prime location, it was definitely one of the best rental apartments we have lived in. It was also a large amount of space and quite well used. We ended up moving when we bought a new home. I will strongly recommend Cascade to anyone looking for a rental place!
