I have lived here for approximately 3 years now, have never had a problem with other residents in the complex. The location is very nice, very close to down town but not too close. I get to walk to my job which is a huge benefit. Maintenance is very quick and quiet with their work and will work around sleep schedules which is a plus for me working nights. There could be more open parking spaces in the parking lot of the complex. They are pet friendly as well. Overall, great place to live.

My roommate and I really enjoy living here! Our only complaint is that the floors are pretty thin, and we think our upstairs neighbors may have a toddler that is constantly running around, so the noise can get pretty annoying. Other than that, we have no complaints!

It is a perfect location of being near downtown but far enough away to where its quiet. When I call for a maintenance request its usually fixed within a day or two which is amazing. When I call and ask questions they always answer so kindly and so helpful. I truly love it here, I have lived in many apartments and this is by far mg favorite place to live!

We have only been here a few months and have loved quite a bit about being here--it is insanely clean, spacious, and we finally have a great dishwasher, washer and dryer again after years without, which is VERY nice. The staff and maintenance team are attentive and friendly. The one issue: heat. Most places I've lived up north have issues staying warm. This place stays TOO warm. We aren't to the worst of summer yet and our apartment is regularly over 80 degrees, even with multiple fans going. One wall AC unit in the living room is not quite enough to keep it cool. Other than that, I've loved being here!
