Fine temporarily. Good location but horrible value.

This place is absolutely not worth the money. There are so many issues with it. The only real saving-grace is the location. The other residents are for generally nice and stay to themselves. The maintenance guys are nice and I've never had any issues with them. There's so much updating and repairing that has to go into this building, including very serious issues with basics, such as structure and lead paint. Since the manager that we started with left, my connection with management in general has been cold and near radio-silence. It is absolutely not worth the rent. The gas to commute from anywhere else is so much of a better value.
