Love it here. Worry about rent going too high. Also worry about loss of good staff.

Lived here in the Bluestone Flats for 5 years. The lighting in the garage is really bad. needs better lighting like the ones over in the Lofts.. And now there is no heat in the flats garage. It was 48 degrees in the garage this morning? it use to be around 60 degrees?

Lovely appartment, Beautiful view. Furnace does not hold heat well drafty in cold weather. Very well maintained common areas. Staff friendly and helpful when available.
