Coin-operated laundry amenities are outdated and work poorly. It should not require over an hour to dry one load of towels! Desperately needs to be updated. Hallway smell and carpeting is disgusting. Was told when I moved in our building was slated for carpet cleaning, but I never saw evidence of cleaning. Other residents consistently leave a trail of trash along stairs and hallways. Should be vacuumed weekly. A lot of junk mail just left by the mailboxes or on the floor. Been better the last month. Maintenance is friendly and quick to address reported issues. Never had an issue with them. Took weeks to get the smell of cigarette smoke out of the second bedroom. Building is supposed to be smoke-free. Not sure if all the residents adhere to this rule. Trash often left on the grounds and around the dumpster. I do my best to pick up and dispose of what I can. Some may come off the highway. Dumpster mess just the result of lazy residents. Parking is okay. Quicker snow removal following winter storms would be nice. Some potholes may need filling.
