Rent is expensive for what we get
I don't feel like I am getting what I am paying for! I believe our rent should be less for items that are old or items that are broken. We should be able to use everything that we are paying for. Also, peoples animals are disgusting ??! Pooping in the hallway, yuck! People should be fined and after the 3rd violation be removed. Thank you for reading. I hope you are able to consider what some of us tell you. I love most of my neighbors! Everyone is pretty chill. ??
Resident parking
This wasnt a big issue during the summer since the lines were visible, however the bigger trucks parking in the lot either park over the lines or crooked so no cars are able to park between them and the vehicle opposite of that open space. My concern is that during the winter theres going to be uneven spaces or no spaces at all. Not a complaint just a concern.
Large bedroom
I moved in on February 17, 2023. The apartment had not been lived in for quite a while, per the manager. My shelf has not been put together and I cannot unpack till it has been put together. Also I requested a storage unit and still have not received any information about that either. You would think if the apartment was empty for a while that these items would be available for me to use. ??????? Why just why ??????
Decent and lind
I enjoy living here. I’ve been there for a year and I plan to renew. Since the new management they have been attentive with repairs and any questions I have
Nice location bad management
