Some people too noise at nigth late. Floor F.

Floor F...too noisy. Elevator needs to be nice. Carpet in our apt too old and ugly.

It’s keeps getting better and better

Since i move here is being a lot of improvement all over the place and the Maintenance Supervisor Nelson is the best you can find. He will take care of you and he always have a solution. I feel secure and safe here great place to live!

Unsatisfactory

Main and side door locks were broken. Months past before they were repaired. Many of the dryers broken down and will only dry an undersized load. Parking lots left unplowed in the winter. Wall AC units exceptionally loud when it rains. Garbage being left in the hallways, stairwells, and parking lots by residents. Privacy violations conducted by maintenance.

Rude, Ghetto, 6 of 10

The manager Ashley is rude and making money in fees seem to be the top priority. The nicer apartments are reserved for whites in the back of the complex
