Bad staffing, walls cracked, ceilings leaking, very bad plumbing. Washer and dryer always broken. A lot of police presence.

My apartment

The location is nice being close to the freeway and Caribou Coffee. I don't think they maintain the property proactively though. My kitchen sink has flooded my kitchen / dining area twice in one year.

Parking is always been a issue people smoke in their apt so my apt smells like sigar and i don't even smoke my bathroom had mold and the firt time i let you guys know you told to to spray clorox and scrub it you know how bad mold is
