Property manager Tammy is very nosy compared to previous property manager. Rent has been jacked up several hundred dollars even though the peacefulness of the building has degraded. There have been several domestic incidents lately that are disruptive to the historically peaceful environment. Management has taken little to no action in the matter. Used to love living here but in the past year the quality has gone down tremendously. Proceed with caution…

This property has very hard water. Leaving my skin dryer than a motels shower. We have had several heavy snowfalls and the plow company snow blows sidewalks right onto our vehicles. The most recent snowfall which lasted 3 days they plowed on the 3rd day. Had to shovel our cars out myself. However I do enjoy my space I have here. I also like the wide open floor plan we have.

Pintail Ponds is a new Market Rate property that opened it's doors on September 16, 2019! It's a one of a kind luxury-living community! Each apartment features washer/dryers, walk-in closets, well lit and spacious living areas. The community features a community patio and game room, a fitness center and beautiful views over looking a pond. It's a 51Ā unit apartment complex. Ā  Utilities included in the rent are Heat, Water, Sewer, and Refuse. Residents areĀ responsible for payment of electricity and optional internet & cable tv. Renter's Insurance is required for each resident. For every monthĀ no Renter's Insurance is supplied or maintained, a $12.00 fee will be charged. Management charges a $125, non-refundable, administrative fee that is related to our internal and administrative costs for the establishment of a resident file, and preparation of initial lease paperwork and related addendums. This administrative fee must be paid, in addition to the payment of first monthsā€™ rent, any pro-rated rent, or any deposit that might be required on the day of move-in Pricing and availability are subject to change.
