Overall Regents Court does a good job keeping up the property. The staff Theresa (property manager) as Well as Dave (maintenance Attendant) are EXCELLENT! The both of them do a good job, they go overboard to help satisfy the tenants. The only thing in regards to Regents Court, i feel as if the parking lots are big enough to have designated parking spots.

Great place to live!

I have been living here for 2 years now and as far as apartments go this is one of the better locations for the money. Some of the "turn around tasks" weren't handled the best but the current maintenance staff is pretty responsive and does pretty good work. Theresa in the main office is very attentive and understanding when it comes to working out issues. Overall a pretty good place to live, the grounds are maintained well and the parking lot gets periodic updates.
