I enjoy living here. Maintenance requests are timely, office staff is friendly, and the location is very convenient. It's a beautiful place and well kept throughout the year. Parking is a plus! What I love most is the West Bloomfield new state of the art Middle School. The bus picks my kid up in front of the complex.

Noise is well insulated between apartments. The locations is excellent. Moving to the north, south, east or west is pretty easy with all the nearby highways or main streets. You have access really quickly to the 10th and get to Detroit in about 23 minutes. The amenities are great!

I have been living here for 4 months. +: The area is extremely convenient and the staff is so nice. -: The soundproof is unfortunately not good, if someone is speaking in the hallway even if he/she is not shouting, I can hear him/her. I can hear my neighbors too, upstairs and side. I don't complain because they are not noisy and I am sure that I am making the same noise level. It is just the building structure. The North garage door sometimes does not work properly and I have to try several times to make it open.
