In addition, any crossbreeds of these types are not permitted. Tenants are required to provide a picture of their dog, vet records, and a payment to register the dog. The weight limit for dogs is 80 lbs. We do not allow exotic animals or other types of pets.

I lived in Ann Arbor to go to university, after I graduated I wanted to live near Ann Arbor but not directly in Ann Arbor. Conklin Estates in Tecumseh, MI I think is a great area for affordable rent, living outside the busy city environments, and having a relaxing and comfy apartment space for living.

This apartment is in a nice area, the walls are pretty sound proof, and i love having a washer and drier in my apartment. That said, its a heafty price for an apartment thats not been renovayed in a long time. While its not a bad place, price wise i dont think the apartment matches the constant increase in rent. Frankly, this isnt ann arbor.

I like living here, except it's not really set up for seniors. And I think the rent is a little high considering that we don't have any amenities?
