Lived here since late 2020 and am very happy. Staff are courteous and responsive to questions and concerns. Maintenance has been done in a timely manner when needed. They also communicate about activities or inspections which are necessary to address any issues. My unit is spacious, bright and clean. Neighbors are respectful and keep noise level moderate. Lots of hard working people, so no time for fuss. Lastly, its located in a prime location; stores, entertainment, and restaurants give you options to plan and enjoy the day. The complex and the city are clean, so you can walk around and not be bothered. It's worth exploring living here. Its a great place to rebuild your life and prosper.

I have lived here nearly two whole years, and this was my first apartment. It is inexpensive, quiet, and clean. I have a 1 bedroom unit which is spacious, well lit, and and asthetically appealing. As simple as it is, I really love the blue wall. It gives a pop of colour, but it is also therapy when first come home. It is an old building, but that works out well when it come to sound dampening. My neighbors are not disruptive, and their pets are under control and not noisy. Whenever I had an issue or a question, staff have always been great in taking care of it. If there is a maintenance issue and I am not home, they have never hesitated to give me a call to let me know that they have to enter. I greatly appreciate this, because often I cannot always be there to let maintenance in, as I work a day job. Lastly, the location is seriously prime. I enjoy walking to 7/11, or movie theatre. Everything you need is literally a nice leisurely walk away. When I decide to movie, it will be a tearful as I have enjoyed my time here, 100%

I feel you do not enforce your leasing rules and guidelines. And you need to do something about parking, visitors park anywhere they please leaving no parking for me. I live here. Thank You.
