Overall nice place

Nice place , a tad pricey though. Overall everything is nice and up to par. However, for the rent I would say they should be! Favorite part about living here is the food trucks that come.

Overall I'm Happy

Overall a good experience. The grounds are clean and overall quiet. Living right next to M-59 highway is noisey at times, especially on the weekends. The fitness center needs better equipment and more of a variety.

Oak Hill

Typical capital investor owned property in an area with no rent control. The residents and local staff are at the mercy of corporate management located elsewhere. Your choice is to take whatever they chose to throw at you or go someplace else. You are just a number and that number is the maximum dollars they can get out of you.

Oak hill review

I have been a resident for 5 years. Maintenance has always been fast and efficient. Front office always kind. Building and road repairs are kept up. The only thing i have been a little displeased with is the front gate. The app seems to have consistent issues but all and all a good apartment to live in and would give a high review and would recommend others ti live in this complex.
