There is also a $350 one-time fee per pet.Ā We do have restrictions on certain dog breeds, such as American Pitbull Terrier, American Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Alaskan Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Samoyed, Siberian Husky, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, Great Dane, St. Bernard, Wolf Hybrid, & Akita. In addition, any crossbreeds of these types are not permitted. Tenants are required to provide a picture of their dog, vet records, and a payment to register the dog. The weight limit for dogs is 80 lbs. We do not allow exotic animals or other types of pets.

Quiet, small town, rural area. Accepts pets, nice people. I would recommend. Parking is decemt. Could be updated but price ia right.

I think that the assigned parking should remain the same. I find that it’s becoming a hassle for the elderly tenants that have been resident for a long time. I believe that the assigned parking worked very well for all of us, and now that new residents are in the courtesy level is not there.. Please if someone could fix the main entryway to building 350 It would be greatly appreciated. Every time someone walks in or out of that door it slams and shakes the whole entire building.
