Its a great place for the price. You get what you pay for but its still a good place. Staff is always friendly but only works a few days a week. Pretty quiet and family friendly for the most part and close to stores if necessary.

No privacy, cheaply made upgrades with no upgrading carpet and utilities, the sound and smell lingers, ppl smoking pot and cigarettes lengers into my apartment making all my stuff smell like I smoke when I don't.... Rent is high

I love living here because it's in walking distance of the stores and not to fair from the grocery store either

I really love living here it is nice the employees are always willing to go out of there way to help you with everything especially the manager she is so nice and helps you with what ever you need. The location is great to it is in walking distance to everything I need I do not have a car so it is a great location. I would recommend Presque Isle Apartments to everyone it is a great place to live.
