In addition, any crossbreeds of these types are not permitted. Tenants are required to provide a picture of their dog, vet records, and a payment to register the dog. The weight limit for dogs is 80 lbs. We do not allow exotic animals or other types of pets.

My husband and I have lived here for 5 plus years with our 8-year-old grandson we raise. Place is well kept up, quiet, plenty of parking space and large professionally groomed grassy areas, including charcoal grill and picnic tables. Located in a small lakeside village with beaches, parks, playgrounds. Library, community playhouse, Marina/ and plenty of unique restaurants and live music during the summer. Great safe community to inexpensively live year-round or use as a vacation home.

I have lived here since 2017. Excellent location, and neighbors are respectful of each other. Cabinets in kitchen and bathroom are very outdated.

I like my apartment a lot, I am handicapped and it works out perfect for me except one thing. For the past 3 weeks, the coin dryer has not been working. I have to wash my clothes here, then take them to another building to dry them. The other buildings on this property are not handicap access and it's a struggle for me.
